During maturation, the dried fruit regains its original shape and imparts a pleasant color to the pálinka. The \"fruit bed\" makes the pálinka aesthetically more appealing and further enriches its internal content values. Our belief is that only the best quality pálinkas should be matured on a fruit bed.
