Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 23–25 °C for 8–10 days. Regular remontage and delestage ensure gentle extraction, resulting in an elegant, fine-grained tannin structure. Malolactic fermentation is controlled, and the wine is then aged for 8 months in first and second-use French oak barriques, which adds complexity and structural depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1526\"\u003eIts alcohol content is 15%, which, thanks to the concentrated raw material and the effect of appassimento, harmoniously integrates with the wine's body.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1849\"\u003eIts color is deep garnet red. The aroma reveals dried fruits, exotic spices, white pepper, and chocolate.
