Harvested by hand from volcanic soil, it was fermented in Furmint barrels, inoculated with sourdough from the harvest a few weeks prior. A round and balanced sip, with vibrant acidity, salty-mineral layers, and a fiery character. The fruity notes evoke apple and ripe peach, with hints of pineapple in places. The minimal residual sugar ensures long aging potential.
