I handle the signature vine of Badacsony with great care, serious harvest restrictions, in more harvest periods and fast processing. It went through a spontaneous fermentation in casks and barrells, then matured for 8 months. This wine is characterized by neutrality, minerals, wild flowers and the scent of freshly soaked basaltic rocks. Having it with pike perch from Lake Balaton provides an unforgettable experience, but it is ideal with cabbage, roasted pork and matured cheese.
