This lemon coloured wine first shows clear citrus notes, then, by the time it gets aerated and becomes warmer, some pear and apple aromas also develop. The wine has a light body, low alcohol and medium acidity content, which is associated by yellow-flesh fruits and peach on the palate, with an aftertaste of grapefruit sourness. It is a balanced white wine, which is easy to pair with different meals.
Recommended as a welcome drink, fish-, breast dishes, cheese. Serve chilled to 10-11°C.
