Vinification

The grapes for this varietal Spumante from Glera come from the Treviso region. 

After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented slowly and temperature-controlled with the addition of selected yeasts. This sparkling wine is aged for 18-20 months in stainless steel tanks with subsequent refinement in the bottle.
