It is said that the Pinot Gris found his second home in Badacsony after France. Sophisticated and elegant by origin, our Szürkebarát is refined thanks to a drop of residual sugar. All this without losing its lightness, which can make it a festive wine for everyday occasions. This Pinot Gris was harvested in the second half of September 2022. It was made with a controlled fermentation, reductive, because Szürkebarát retains its varietal character better with this technology.
