Orsogna: "Pettirosce" Cerasuolo d' Abruzzo 2024 (0,75 L)

The must obtained from soft pressing of the grapes, after a brief contact with the skins at a low temperature, is left to ferment with its indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature for about 30 days. Clarification obtained by decantation. The refinement takes place in steel tanks, followed by in the bottle. At tasting it has an intense and lively cherry red color. Floral, fruity scent (cherry and strawberry). Fresh, savory taste with an almond finish. Ideal with cold cuts, red pizzas, seafood, first courses with tomato sauces, light meats.
