Our Rosé colour like the raspberry syrup, with hues of violet. Intense and red fruity on the nose, strawberry, raspberry, with some creamy strawberry-joghurt mouthfeel. Nice balanced acidity, long aftertaste. Great pairs for salads, light appetizers, salmon and other fish dishes. But on hot summer evenings, great in alone or as a splash, it is a brilliant drink.
