Otto Muri is a distinctive white wine made exclusively from 100% Fiano grapes. Its name – meaning "Eight Walls" – refers to the eight terraced plots on the Collazzi estate, where the grapes grow under unique microclimatic conditions. This special site gives the wine its unmistakable character.

The grapes are hand-harvested with meticulous bunch selection. Fermentation takes place in both stainless steel tanks and barrels at controlled temperatures. The wine then undergoes extended lees aging, which enhances its depth, aromatic complexity, and overall balance.

In the glass, Otto Muri shows a vibrant pale yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of yellow peach and ripe mango, complemented by a refined, pronounced minerality. On the palate, it is full and textured, yet wonderfully balanced, with a long, elegant finish.
