Testamatta Bianco Vertical Package (2021–2023)

Testamatta Bianco is Bibi Graetz’s prestigious white wine, crafted from Ansonica grapes grown on the terraced, granite-rich vineyards of Giglio Island. This vertical package offers three consecutive vintages, allowing you to explore how the wine’s character evolves over the years.

• 2021 – elegant, mineral-driven, with saline notes, white flowers, and citrus.

• 2022 – vibrant, with ripe peach and yellow pear, silky in texture.

• 2023 – fresh, crisp, with a clean, lively finish.

The wine is fermented partly in barriques (70%) and partly in stainless steel tanks (30%), then aged for 7 months on fine lees with bâtonnage. This careful process creates a rich, complex, yet elegant style.
