The Malbec of Alamos is a complex, balanced and grape varietal red wine from the Argentine wine region of Mendoza.

This wine delights the eye with a dark, purple, purple shimmering color. In the nose, this wine offers black cherry aromas with slightly floral notes of violets and a hint of toast. On the palate, this Argentinian red wine provides a full, soft feeling. The taste is reminiscent of ripe, concentrated fruit aromas of cassis and blackberries, mixed with a hint of chocolate and some sweet spice of oak maturity. The reverberation is accompanied by ripe, silky tannins.

Vinification of Alamos Malbec The vineyard for this pure Malbec

comes from vineyards that lie at altitudes between 900 and 1500 meters above sea level. There, the grapes are harvested manually selected in two passes. Cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation are then carried out in a stainless steel tank for two days. The ageing is carried out for a further 6 to 9 months in French and American oak barriques. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in these.
