The Cabernet Sauvignon from the wine-growing region of California reveals itself in the glass in bright purple. The first nose of the Cabernet Sauvignon reveals notes of morello cherries, black cherries and pineapple. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by lovage, cigar box and garrigue.

This U.S. wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 5.6 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the upper price range, this North American enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily need sugar. On the tongue, this well-balanced red wine is characterized by a tremendously velvety texture. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Cabernet Sauvignon flatters with a soft mouthfeel without lacking juicy liveliness.
