In the glass, this wine shines in a bright golden yellow with platinum golden highlights. The nose is skilfully received by a multi-layered bouquet. Aromas of juicy apples are perfectly complemented by sun-ripened vineyard peaches, apricots and mineral notes. On the palate, too, the fruity-mineral aroma continues and is enveloped by a profound body. Vinification

As soon as the carefully harvested Riesling grapes from the Kiedricher Gräfenberg location have arrived in Robert Weil's wine cellar, they are vinified according to the vertical principle. The berries are pressed very gently and brought to the collecting tank storage. There, the must is pre-clarified by means of the natural sedimentation. This wine is then fermented for 6 to 12 weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Finally, this white wine remains in the stainless steel tanks to round off harmoniously.

This dry white wine from Germany is an excellent accompaniment to all kinds of dishes of Asian cuisine, such as Tempeh pan. But also with Dorade Royal on fennel vegetables, this large plant is a real treat.
