Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru NV Champagne 75cl is a blend of two different years and has been elaborated from the five Grand Cru vineyards of the Cote des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger & Oger, revealing the special quality of the Chardonnay.

To the eye, the fine mousse of delicate bubbles eleganly accompanies the glints of its gold colour. Whilst on the nose, this champagne displays delightful buttered brioche and mineral aromals.Luc Mobihan, Chef at the Restaurant Saint Placide in Saint-malo describes the champagne as "A perfect balance between delicacy & elegance with a finish that is strengthened by the minerality."

This particular Billecart Salmon champagne expresses intense dry fruit flavours, along with notes of almonds, hazelnuts & white flesh fruits. This combined with the creamy sensation of the bubbles, buttered brioche and mineral aromas lead on to a persistent finish with a fresh and elegant sweetness.

This champagne should be enjoyed at 8'C. It also pairs perfectly with caviar, fine oysters, grilled fish & seafood.
