The Rosé Brut Champagne from Bollinger is a seductive, inimitable and elegant sparkling wine from the French Champagne wine region, vinified from the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grape varieties.

A bright raspberry rose with bronze highlights is presented in this sparkling wine in the glass. Perlage rises in filigree, persistent beaded cords and forms a fine mousseux. The nose is taken by an expressive berry aroma. Intense aromas of red currants, cherries and forest strawberries unfold - subtly underlined by spicy hints. With this French sparkling wine, the palate enjoys the very well structured, lively and aromatic personality. The velvety bubbles dance together with the aromas of wild berries. The excellent texture is perfectly complemented by very fine tannins.

The grapes (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay) for this sparkling wine come from 85% Grand-Cru and Premier-Cru vines of Champagne.

The base wine is aged both in stainless steel tanks and in oak barrels. After the cuvéeting, the second fermentation follows. This sparkling wine matures twice as long on the yeast as the appellation requires. After maturation, the sparkling wine is degorged.
