The aroma is intense, with fresh red fruits appearing, especially cherry, accompanied by a subtle minerality and complemented by a hint of oak. The palate shows beautiful balance, elegant, with mineral and refined acidity. Red fruit and biscuit notes are strongly present, right through to the finish, complemented by a whisper of a salty undertone.
