Ballantine's 40-Year-Old is the distillery's most exclusive, extremely limited-edition bottling. The whisky is based on Ballantine's finest grain and malt whisky batches, aged for a minimum of 40 years, personally selected by the distillery's master blender to form the core of this bottling, reflecting the work of several generations. This excellent 40-year-old whisky is a worthy tribute to the legacy of founder George Ballantine.

With only 100 bottles produced annually, this batch is crafted exclusively by hand, so every element of the process reflects the meticulous work of human hands. The 5 genuine silver elements adorning the bottle - label, cap, collar, stopper, and seal - are polished and affixed by hand. The magnificent liquid is then hand-filled into the special bottle, which is then sealed. Very few are privileged enough to taste such a fantastic batch, but for those who do, the experience will last a lifetime.
