Colore is the highest expression of Bibi Graetz's dream. Colore aims to create a pure Tuscan excellence. A wine made from traditional Tuscan grapes from the oldest and rarest vineyards in the region. Sangiovese represents the structure and strength of the wine, Colorino represents fruit and velvety tannins, and Canaiolo represents minerality and intensity. 

"'Colore' is my first love, my love for old vines that are capable of creating incredible and world-class wines. The 2020 vintage was warmer than usual, and this resulted in a very strong vintage. The combination of old vines and high-altitude air produced a magical result. The wine is vibrant, where the power of the vintage and the elegance of our vines are in perfect harmony. The circle is complete, I think we made the best Corole ever this year."
