Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with skin maceration lasting approximately 15 days at a controlled temperature of 28 °C. Shortly after malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to barrique barrels for further aging at the Tenuta I Colli estate.
Its color is an intense ruby red. The aroma is intense and fruity, with notes primarily of ripe red fruits, cherry, and blackberry. On the palate, it is very round, with a slightly sweet sensation and softness, making it extremely palatable and easy to drink. The finish is characterized by persistent aromas; a truly inviting wine.
