The flagship wine of the cellar, a Bordeaux-style blend: Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%), and Merlot (10%). It develops for 24 months in new, small oak barrels, then for at least 3 years in the bottle after barrel aging. It is characterized by a deep, dark intensity, a dark red hue with a hint of crimson. A velvety, full-bodied wine with aromas of ripe cherry and tobacco, and flavors of overripe fruits alongside chocolate and vanilla.
