The peculiarity of Special Cuvée is that the reserve wines blended for the given vintage can be up to 15 years old! It's a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 15% Meunier grapes, 85% of which are selected from Grand or Premier Cru areas, and aged in magnum bottles in the cellar for 30 months.
