We make our dried fruits ourselves using a belt dryer; after careful preparation, with the help of appropriate pitting and slicing machines, we produce the dried fruits needed for the bedding. During bottling, the dried fruits are placed in the bottle and filled with brandy of the same variety. Then, it is aged for three months. During aging, the dried fruit regains its original shape and gives the brandy a pleasant color. The "fruit bed" makes the brandy aesthetically more appealing and further enriches its nutritional value. Our credo is that only the best quality brandies should be aged on a fruit bed, and following this principle, we place great emphasis on sourcing excellent raw materials and constantly monitoring the brandy making processes.

Among the cherry varieties, we make our cherry brandy from the most fragrant variety, the Szomolyai black cherry. Its taste is sweet, with a marzipan flavor profile. All this in an elegant Platinum bottle.
