Our dried fruits are prepared by ourselves using a continuous dryer; with the help of appropriate pitting and slicing machines, after careful preparation, we produce the dried fruits needed for the fruit bed. During bottling, the dried fruits are placed in the bottle and filled with pálinka of the same variety. Then, it is aged for three months. During aging, the dried fruit regains its original shape and lends a pleasant color to the pálinka. The "fruit bed" makes the pálinka aesthetically more attractive and further enriches its nutritional value. Our credo is that only the best quality pálinkas should be aged on a fruit bed, and following this principle, we place great emphasis on sourcing excellent raw materials and constantly monitoring the pálinka distillation processes.

It is characterized by finely chiseled, spicy, citrusy, and fruity aromas. Its taste reveals the sweet, slightly bitter notes typical of William pears, which leave a long finish. All this in an elegant platinum bottle.
