Our dried fruits are prepared in-house using a conveyor dryer. After careful preparation, utilizing appropriate pitting and slicing machines, we produce the dried fruits needed for embedding. During bottling, the dried fruits are placed into the bottle and filled with pálinka of the same variety. This is followed by a three-month maturation period. During maturation, the dried fruit regains its original shape and imparts a pleasant color to the pálinka. The "fruit bed" makes the pálinka aesthetically more appealing and further enriches its internal content values. Our belief is that only the best quality pálinkas should be matured on a fruit bed. Following this principle, we place great emphasis on sourcing excellent raw materials and constantly monitoring the pálinka distillation process.
