At Bolyki Vineyard, quality is paramount, which is why for many years our goal was to produce Bikavér in the highest, grand superior quality category. The puzzle slowly came together, and finally, thanks to a fortunate land acquisition, from the 2020 vintage, we were able to harvest grapes of such quality from four different grape varieties in the Öreghegy vineyard in Verpelét, which laid the foundation. In the cellar, by tasting the barrels and then during blending, it became clear that the winery's new flagship wine was born.

The Story
When a winged bull flies over the town, even the Eger squirrels point to the sky and exclaim, "Look, Jocó, there's a winged bull in the sky, it seems Bolyki Jani and his team are once again pushing the Superior to its peak!"
