A sweet sparkling wine made from 50% Moscato and 50% Malvasia Bianca grape varieties. Made using the Martinotti method from selected grapes. The specialty of the method is that fermentation is artificially stopped, which explains the relatively low alcohol content (8%), and more importantly, the wine is sweetened by the grapes' own sugar (80 g/l), hence the incredible fruitiness and ingratiating natural sweetness. An excellent aperitif for those who enjoy sweet flavors.
