In this Raffinée, two truly special ingredients meet. The blanched Valencia almond is one of the most valuable varieties of almonds due to its perfectly crunchy texture and distinctive taste. The truffle is then added to these roasted almonds. The Aestivum truffle we use is a true gastronomic exclusivity, mostly used for seasoning. Due to its extraordinary aroma, moderation is important, but fantastic flavor combinations can be created when used in the right amount.
