The excellent complexity in fruit, minerals, and fresh acids resulted in a rich outcome.

Made from grapes grown in two bordering Chablis villages, Fontenay-Près-Chablis (near the Fourchaume appellation) and Béru. After harvest, the grapes are selected on a sorting table. After pneumatic pressing, they are fermented with natural yeast at about 20°C in 100% stainless steel tanks. Aging takes another 10-12 months.
