Chablis' most famous area is Les Clos, this Grand Cru is a south-facing terroir located on the Kimmeridgien subsoil ridge, very rocky and calcareous, covered with dense clay.

The Moreau family's 3 plots are a relatively large, contiguous plantation totaling 3 hectares, extending from the bottom of the hill upwards. This allows them to manage the lower, middle, and uppermost areas separately. These are cultivated, treated, and fermented separately, and only blended as the very last step. The average age of the vines is 50-60 years.

Les Clos is Chablis' most famous Grand Cru, characterized by its complex, robust, very mineral profile, remarkable freshness, and beautiful structure. Perfect with scallops, lobster, or cheeses like Comté or goat cheese.
