Collazzi 2022 embodies the elegance and craftsmanship of Tuscan winemaking – the estate's flagship wine, which rightfully represents the character of the terroir and the winemaker's dedication. The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Cabernet Franc (25%), Merlot (20%), and Petit Verdot (5%) is made by harvesting and fermenting each variety separately to preserve its unique characteristics.

During the winemaking process, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks, then undergoes 18 days of skin maceration to develop a deeper character. This is followed by aging for 18 months in barrique barrels – 50% new, 50% second-fill French oak barrels – at a constant temperature of 15°C in the estate's cellar. Bottle aging for another 12 months perfects the wine before it is released to the market.

Its deep ruby red color and complex aroma offer a harmonious balance of ripe black berry fruits, delicate spiciness, and elegant oak notes.
