Libertà is a modern style red wine from the Tuscan Collazzi estate, born from the harmonious blend of three classic French grape varieties: Merlot (55%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Cabernet Franc (15%). The wine is harvested exclusively by hand from the estate's youngest vineyards, with careful selection of perfectly ripe bunches.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the fruity character of the grapes. Aging is carried out in 225-liter barrique barrels, which subtly integrates the aromas of oak while the wine retains its freshness and dynamism.

Libertà embodies the promise of freedom: it is characterized by a vibrant ruby red color, fruity and spicy aromas – sour cherry, blackcurrant, fresh herbs – and an exceptionally balanced taste profile built on soft tannins and elegant acidity.
