Otto Muri is a special white wine made from 100% Fiano grape variety. The name – meaning "Eight Walls" – refers to the Collazzi estate's eight terraced vineyards, each with its own microclimate, where the grapes are grown. This exceptional area ensures the unique character of the wine.

Harvesting is done by hand, with careful bunch selection. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and barrels at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the wine is aged for many months on fine lees, which gives it depth, rich aroma, and balance.

Its color is vibrant, pale greenish-yellow. Its aroma reveals yellow-fleshed peach, ripe mango, and a distinct yet elegant minerality. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, yet perfectly balanced, with a long finish. A sophisticated, serious white wine with long aging potential, proudly representing the Collazzi estate's commitment to quality.
