The 55% Chardonnay provides its structure and backbone, while the 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy, and Ambonnay adds depth and fruitiness. The 10% Pinot Meunier perfects the harmony with its aromatic density. Freshness and roundness pair wonderfully to deliver a crisp, fruity sip with a well-balanced and elegant finish. A low dosage is added to Delamotte Brut after 36 months of aging.

Bright golden color, extremely clean aromas. Citrus fruits, lemon zest, acacia flower. On the palate, its fine effervescence is complemented by creamy freshness. Alongside the vibrancy of citrus, there are notes of apple peel, hazelnut, toast, and a hint of honey.
