One half is Monastrell, from low-yielding vines over 15 years old, the other half is Syrah.

Hand-harvested from limestone soil, aged in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months. A deep purplish-red wine, its aroma presents a complex, Mediterranean medley of delicate black and red fruits, incredibly elegant oak, pastry, balsam, spice, and vanilla notes.
