Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo. Striking and pioneering, fresh and intense. A blend of rich Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Verdejo (20%) in aroma and taste, in a Mediterranean yet modern style. Calcareous soil, manual harvest, reductive winemaking. Matured for approximately 4 months on lees in stainless steel tanks.

A clear and brilliant straw-yellow wine, unlike any other in Yecla. The aroma reveals fruit and white flowers. The taste is reminiscent of peach, apricot, and citrus fruits, as well as tropical fruits. Fresh acidity, pleasant flavor profile, creaminess, fullness with a long finish, notes of white fruits and herbs. Our favorite for spring and summer.
