The grapes are harvested at dawn from the best vines of the Max vineyards, and only berries that have undergone double selection can go into the wine. It was fermented in steel tanks, then rested for 14 months in French oak barrels, 35% of which were new barrels.

Its beautiful red cherry color is immediately visible in the glass. Its aroma reveals a very complex wine. We can feel notes of chocolate, cedar, ripe black cherry accompanied by a hint of clove and tobacco. In its taste, a medley of chocolate and fruit is prominent, but nutmeg, rosemary, and mint subtly linger in the background.
