Kéknyelű is a Hungarian grape variety that was cultivated only in Badacsony and the Balaton Uplands. Before the phylloxera epidemic, it was popular and expensive. Its wine is pale in color, with a subdued aroma, reminiscent mainly of white-fleshed fruits, citrus, sometimes flowers, and green spices.
In 2022, the product once again won the Balaton Uplands National Park Product Trademark, and in 2023, it received a gold medal at the summer round of the Berliner Wine Trophy.
