Lavender syrup - One of the most beautiful moments of summer in the arboretum is the lavender harvest. The flowers are hand-picked, and then on the very day of the harvest, we prepare our syrup from them to preserve the lavender's characteristic scent and distinct aroma.

Its vibrant color comes solely from the colorants extracted from the lavender flowers. It is delicious on its own and is also a popular cocktail ingredient. Consuming it with rosé wine offers a special taste experience.
