Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most popular and widespread red grape varieties, present in almost every wine region in the world.

For Lellei Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are harvested at full ripeness on Kokas Hill, as well as on the Lelle and Púpos vineyards. After fermentation in special tanks used for red wine production, it undergoes several months of barrique (oak barrel) aging. The red wine is light and fruity, with forest fruits and sour cherries prominent in its aroma. Its flavor also features blackcurrant, blackberry, and dried plum.

An excellent accompaniment to stews, served chilled at 16-18 °C.
