Our goal was to create a youthful yet elegant Pinot, which we are pleased to report, we achieved! Its aroma blends notes of punch and strawberry with sweet spices. On the palate, red berries and strawberry are discernible, made piquant by barrel spices. A beautiful alcohol-tannin balance, which underpins an exciting and long finish.
Pair with roasted lamb loin or leg, with lightly spiced side dishes.
