Giro Ribot is a family winery in the Penedès region of Spain, with deep roots in both the Penedès and French Champagne wine regions. The winery's motto, passed down from generation to generation, is to preserve quality and authenticity.

Giro Ribot "Ab Origene" Brut Nature Cava Reserva is classified as a Guarda Superior premium sparkling wine according to the new Cava regulations. Harvesting: manually, between mid-August and the end of September. The grapes come from 20-30 year old vineyards. During the production of the base wines, the harvested grapes are destemmed and undergo cryomaceration to extract the primary aromas of the varieties. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, between 12-14 °C, to achieve the full potential of the secondary aromas. The blended wine is then subjected to a second fermentation in the bottle, according to the traditional Champagne method. The aging period in the bottle is between 24 and 36 months.
