With this Champagne, the Henri Giraud estate pays tribute to François Hémart (1625 - 1705), ancestor and pioneer of the Giraud-Hémart family. Through him, we honor the family and its history, which is closely linked to the Champagne region and the Grand Cru rated Ay terroir, where the Giraud family settled in the 17th century.

Fermentation in small oak barrels enhances the wonderful aromatic range of Pinot Noir, displaying an incredible spicy softness, then culminating in an exceptionally complex burst of flavor. Its strong personality makes it an exceptional accompaniment to gastronomy and high-quality food.
