Donald Hess is a pioneer by nature. That's why he decided to explore the untapped treasures of Napa Valley. In 1995, he found the Allomi estate. The area, which was dormant at the time, is now considered one of Napa's best vineyards. Six varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon clones are planted on the 85-hectare vineyard, ensuring complexity.

Thanks to the microclimate in the area, the grapes ripen evenly, which ensures the good taste and complexity of the wines. It begins to open in the glass with aromas of currants and blackberries, followed by notes of lavender. The aroma is complemented by a wonderful harmony of flavors dominated primarily by black cherry and plum.
