SWEET WHITE TOKAJI PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN WINE - TOKAJI SWEET YELLOW MUSCAT

A clean, tight-styled, late harvest wine, a reflection of the intertwining of Yellow Muscat and the premier Mád Nyulászó-vineyard. Its captivating aroma reveals fennel, rose, and peach compote. Its taste also bursts with fruitiness, featuring apricot, praline, and fresh citrus. It is characterized by a precise acid-sugar balance and an endless finish, in which minerality is once again a delicate
complement.

Vintage 2013 was a truly outstanding vintage for both dry and sweet wines. Flowering occurred at an optimal time, summer weather favored the development of the berries, and ripening processes were balanced. The gradual decrease in air temperature from September onwards helped the harmonious concentration of the fruit's internal values, creating suitable conditions for optimal sweet harvest. Thanks to this and the excellence of the historic Mád vineyards, some of our rare wines could also be produced.
