The aroma is dominated by fruity, menthol notes, complemented by fennel and anise. On the palate, pear, pink grapefruit, and lime meet, accompanied by an impressive minerality.

Vintage We experienced the driest and warmest summer of the last 100 years, which negatively affected all grape varieties: slow growth, rapid sugar content increase, and dehydrated, jelly-like berries. This all urged an earlier-than-average harvest of our dry raw materials, which we began on August 24th with the collection of Zéta and concluded on September 8th with the Furmint harvest. Despite the circumstances, the yield was better than expected, with clean, flavorful fruit, allowing our essential dry wines to be produced in 2022 as well.
