Greek white wine with ancient traditions. In its production, pieces of Aleppo pine resin (Greek: retsina) are added to the must of traditionally grown grapes, up to 1 kilogram per hectolitre, and left in the wine during the fermentation process until the first racking. Brilliant yellow colour, delicate fruity aroma, also present in its taste. Alongside this, notes of honey and wax with a discreet but long finish.
