Our Zenit, harvested at the beginning of September, came primarily from our vineyards in Badacsony and several areas on the North Shore of Lake Balaton. Its aroma presents elderflower and almost tangible tropical fruits. The aromatic notes harmoniously return on the palate, along with juicy peach, ripe yellow apple, a hint of Williams pear, and mint. Its residual sugar content, balanced by its rounded acidity, creates a perfect equilibrium and could become the biggest favorite of summer.
