The Mandois House Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Premier Cru vineyards of Chouilly, Vertus, and Pierry. After hand-harvesting and careful selection, the grapes were gently pressed, and only the first pressing, known as the "cuvée," was used to create the base wines for the champagne, with each vineyard's grapes being processed separately. It reached perfect maturity after 4 years of bottle aging.

A light yellow, intensely fragrant cuvée with notes of pineapple, peach, and citrus. A pleasantly mineral, creamy textured Blanc de Blancs with delicate, unobtrusive vanilla notes on the palate.
