The Mandois House Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Premier Cru vineyards of Chouilly, Vertus, and Pierry. After hand harvesting and careful selection, the grapes were gently pressed, and only the first pressing, known as the "cuvée," was used to create the base wines for the champagne, selected by plot. It reached perfect maturity after 4 years of bottle aging.

A light yellow, dense-scented cuvée with pineapple, peach, and citrus notes. A pleasantly mineral, creamy textured Blanc de Blancs with fine, unobtrusive vanilla notes on the palate.
